Rego Team at Corcoran Horizon Realty ("Rego Team", "we", "us") operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients about their real estate enquiries. By opting in to receive text messages from Rego Team, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
1. Program description: When you opt in, Rego Team will send you SMS messages related to your real estate enquiry, including tour booking links, appointment confirmations and reminders, and property information you have requested such as floor plans, pricing, and availability.
2. Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through one of our forms or reply START.
3. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at info@regoteam.com or 519-804-4000.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
6. Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy at https://www.regoteam.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
